Shocked not Surprised
The kiss ended and Mariposa stepped back and opened her eyes, but her happy expectation faded to shock when instead of her prince, she found the witch standing in front of her.
“I couldn’t have him… and neither will you” screeched the old witch “Muh-ha-ha”
“What have you done with him?” whispered Mariposa in fear.
“What I’m going to do to you” said the witch, her voice sending a cold chill down Mariposa’s spine. “Is pink still your favourite colour Princess?”
