Top 100 Photography and Fine Arts themes – Month 2

403 themes were tracked for 4 weeks (between 2012-05-17 00:00GMT and 2012-06-14 00:00GMT). 385 themes received, in all, over 52000 mentions of which 31% mentions were for the Top-10 themes alone. While the themes on the top saw an increase in the number of submissions, those at the bottom of list surprisingly saw a drop.

There are 15 themes that entered this list for the first time, which also means that 15 other themes lost their places in the list. Ranks of 28 themes moved up, 4 remained unchanged and that of rest dropped. #creative366project which was on the top earlier, stepped down to no.3 giving   #birdpoker  its place.   #monochromemonday moved 3 positions ahead to rise as the top weekly theme while   #floralfriday secured its previous position. 

Among the weekly themes, those falling on Mondays receive the highest number of submissions followed by Friday, Tuesday, Saturday, Wednesday, Sunday, and least submissions for Thursday’s theme. Anyone noticed the striking pattern?
