Week 6 – Dynamic Range
Energy in photos. Wait… what??? I had no clue how to go about it.
Personally, I found soothing much more difficult to capture than high energy.
Wise words from Alex Lapidus helped me delve into the unknown “Do I dare post this?”.
That’s probably what I should ask myself with each image. Sincerely, I still don’t know if I have fully explored this subtheme. But, hey, it’s just the start!
I did challenge myself to take the same image and try and process it to give each a different mood. Found that plugins helped get an idea of the different directions I could move in. If you haven’t tried them, they come highly recommended 🙂
Gotta rush back to work now, so can’t pen much more. But as always, signing off with immense gratitude and respect for the mentors and mentees. Cheers!

Great to see your experiments again this week!
How did you do last flower images?
Wonderful album Lucille Galleli! I really enjoy your compositional style 🙂
I love that you are “daring” to post and enjoy something that you would not have done prior. Well done.
There’s energy in your ‘before’ images from weeks ago, it just didn’t have a name then.
Wonderful album and week. I think daring to post and doing it is what it’s all about.
Thanks much Karen Migliaccio Françoise Dhulesia Alex Lapidus Armida Evony Cathy Custer Donohoue and Cheryl Day.
Renee McDaniel… it was a 4 shot multiple exposure of the pair of flowers. Hope that helps.
ha ha .. I’ll have to work really hard to make an impression after that first album, Edward Norton 😀
