Shot through a plastic bottle *
Thursday was a tough day at work. Once things calmed down I knew I needed to get my mind off databases and scripts.
Alex’s lesson was playing on my mind, so I grabbed a bottle and shot through it. After various attempts at shooting coloured stickies and the junk I have on my table (yes, I realise I’m a hoarder), I borrowed a cup from my colleague and here’s what I came up with.

Maybe a bit of Chagall in there, if the upper background were bluer… 🙂 Very nice effect, recognizable but mysterious!

Great effect! Makes me think of the decor of an icon 50’s diner.
Just the right amount of blur and distortion to turn a mundane scene into something slightly mysterious…:-)
