Assignment 3, image 1 – Zoom blur
We are still in my garden. Must admit, I live in a little village, and neon lights don’t light up the night. So, flowers in my garden are all I get to shoot.
This took me several tries, but I’m glad I finally achieved (more or less) what I imagined.

Lovely burst of color! It feels like the layers of brightness and darkness are alternating, creating nice contrasts.
This one was selected even before I shot it. I already imagined it in my head and was so delighted when it came out almost like I imagined 🙂 Thanks a bunch.
What an explosion of colour!
Hee hee … Edward Norton… and look at me thinking that I was subtle and all. Glad you like it :*
I don’t think shocking pink can ever be subtle!
I wasn’t made to be subtle Edward Norton 😀
This is lovely, nice shape and all that contrast. Super pretty to look at.
Nice! Who needs neon lights, with all that hidden energy and color in the backyard-:)
Excellent zooooooom! Lucille Galleli
Thanks a bunch Marsha Leigh… 🙂
hee hee … well, in a way, I saw too many neon light examples Margrit Schwarz 🙂
Thanks a lot, Stephanie Cassiday-Krueger 😀
I love flowers in the garden so love what you are doing. Looks like a heart of light in the center.

Wow this zoomed worked so well as the composition was perfect for this tool. Love how it is almost a bulls eye effect with the color in the center surrounded by a circle of green and then the border of color all around.
Powerful colours! Love it!
If there is a perfect zoom I do believe you have achieved it!
So glad you are enjoying it Cathy Custer Donohoue 😀 thank you.
Thanks a bunch Jane Levine… am delighted with how it turned out 😀
Thank you so much for your kind comments Françoise Dhulesia Cheryl Day and Bill Hewitt 😀
Beautiful radial circles with an intact center! Wonderful effect.
Boom! Beauty! I like the way you captured the center pink..then darker greens and the edges mostly pink in the swoosh. ☺
