Soon I’ll be redoing my circles of

        Top 1000 most followed photographers on G+

Roughly the top 500 most followed photographers have more than 23’000 followers.  To be in the

     

        New Top 1000 most followed photographers

you need to have approximately 13’800 followers.  That might not be as high as you thought.

if you’re interested in seeing these two circles please comment, plus and share this post. If you want to be in the circles you will need to have approximately 13’800 followers.  You will also need to have the word photographer in your tagline.  In the past I have assembled the list manually and this has caused some trouble when people got left off by accident. This time, if you want to be known as a photographer, your need to have the word photographer (or foto) in your profile.

Even then, I will validate all of the names and I won’t include people that

— have animated gifs

— mostly blog

— mostly link to external content

— haven’t posted anything publicly in the last 6 weeks

— and my viewer discretion 

— If I don’t get much response, I’ll probably not do these circles. 

These lists and circles take a lot of work so please help by plusing, commenting, and sharing this post and the circles.
