Will you walk into my parlour?

Will you walk into my parlour?

Just a little tip for those into Flower photography.

If you are looking for some lovely subjects, and the parks around haven’t much to offer, try nurseries. The flowers are amazing and they are not very crowded.. giving you the perfect opportunity to experiment to your hearts content.

Took this last week at Verdecora (Madrid) while hunting for a few indoor plants.

Happy clicking!

  1. Lucille Galleli I have had al kinds of carnivorous plants. Sun Dews of all sorts, Pitcher Plants of all sorts, and the fly traps. … They were all favorites for different reasons. … The Fly Traps were fast reactors, and I could watch them in action. The Sun Dews were beautiful jewels under the light. The Pitcher plants grew the largest and were also very pretty. … Most of my sundews and Fly traps were grown in a large flat tray of moss in my living room, that I kept just below eye level. It was a miniature swamp a couple feet under a double fluorescent grow light that I had on a timer. It was on about 16 hours a day. … The Sun Dews took out all the small flying insects, and mosquitos that came in the house. … I would sit, and look into that world for hours. 😉
