The strangest sign I came across while at a restaurant … beware of the cat
Considering the restaurant put out tables on the steps, and the cat was a cute little kitten that bummed people into feeding it… the warning wasn’t totally uncalled for!

These signs are sometimes quite necessary.
I have known cats that liked to pounce on people, apparently trying to kill (and eat them). One family had a beautiful Manx (tail-less) that chased the family kids. And they were seriously (and realistically) afraid of it.
Visitors were very welcome. It loved fresh blood.
There might have been more….under the tables….in the kitchen….high overhead in the attic space….keeping the mice out of this place….! Cool sign, Lucille Galleli
