Never wound a heart that loves you,
never cause it endless pain.
Cause hearts once broken,
are like roses that never bloom again.
The fallen petals of a flower, that had moved passed it’s prime reminded me of this quatrain… wish I could plead guilty, wish I could say I was never the victim.
